James G. Boulos was born and raised in Portland, Maine. He graduated from Cheverus (a Jesuit preparatory school) in 1969; Holy Cross College (Worcester, Massachusetts) in 1973; and the University of Maine School of Law in 1976. Formerly an Assistant Attorney General (Criminal Division), Jim is the acknowledged "dean" of OUI lawyers in the State of Maine, having concentrated in that area of law for over twenty years. During that time he has represented more people charged with that offense than any lawyer in the state. Described by The Portland Press Herald as " a lawyer accustomed to winning," he has been a presenter on the topic of drunk driving at continuing legal education seminars and is a regular attendee at drunk driving conferences all over the country. He has received a certificate of completion and competency in the Intoxilyzer 5000 operator's course, the requirements of which exceeded the recommendations of the National Safety Council for the training and certification of Breath Test Operators. He is a member of the Maine Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

Edmund R. Folsom grew up in Bangor, Maine. He graduated from the University of Maine in 1979, and the University of Maine School of Law in 1984. Ed is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Maine, and concentrates his practice in the area of criminal defense. Formerly an assistant district attorney and then deputy district attorney for Cumberland County, Ed has extensive jury trial experience in a wide range of criminal cases. He has defended clients against charges of murder, manslaughter, arson, sex crimes, robbery, embezzlement, drug trafficking, operating under the influence and a variety of other felony and misdemeanor charges in state and federal court. He is currently a member of the American Bar Association, the Maine State Bar Association, the York County Bar Association and the Maine Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys (MACDL), having served as a member of the MACDL board of directors from 1996 to 2002. He has been a panel member for continuing legal education seminars on criminal defense issues presented by the Maine State Bar Association, the MACDL, and the York County Bar Association, and he has been a frequent contributor to the MACDL newsletter, The Maine Defender.

Michael M. Scott was born and raised in Ellsworth, Maine and graduated from Boston College. He later attended the Maine Criminal Justice Academy and accepted employment as a Trooper with the Maine State Police. While with that agency he received specialized training in the area of OUI enforcement. In 1994, Michael received his Juris Doctor from the University of Maine School of Law. Before joining the Boulos Law Firm, Michael served as an Assistant District Attorney for the County of York, State of Maine, where he prosecuted a wide range of criminal cases in both the District and Superior Courts. He is a member of the Maine Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
